As you've guessed from the site name, we turn you on. Since you've clicked on "about," it would seem you'd like to know more. The natural response, then, is to tell you why.

We Turn You On, LLC was founded in early 2007 by a trio of Springfield, MO businessmen with a simple goal: make it easier for people to move into new homes. It was a natural decision for all three. Mark Tendai III is also the driving force behind Metro Housing Finders, and owns and/or manages many properties, so helping his existing customers is for him an ongoing aspiration. As for Hunter Cook and Ross Deeken, they also operate Knowing The Path, which specializes in all aspects of Springfield MO homes and works closely with Metro and other real estate firms; this made one more way to improve things for their clients as well.

So in short, we saw a problem that was common to all the people we helped at our other companies. Every client who moved into a home suddenly had a full afternoon of phone calls ahead: utilities, cable, trash, phone, internet, and the rest. Some even asked whether there was a quicker way to do things. It was clearly time to act.
